The aim of this international symposium is to provide an excellent opportunity for researchers and engineers actively working in the IFToMM fields to engage in active discussions and to deepen their friendship. Organized by the Japanese Council of IFToMM (Jc-IFToMM) and held in conjunction with the 30th Jc-IFToMM Symposium on Theory of Machines and Mechanisms, this event will take place in the vibrant industrial city of Kitakyushu, nestled in the heart of western Japan. With its cultural diversity and dynamic atmosphere, Kitakyushu sets the stage for a two-day symposium brimming with insightful interactions and invaluable networking opportunities.

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit original papers to the
symposium. The length of the paper is from 2 to 8 pages in the
designated format. The paper must be written in English.

Young Investigator Fund Best Paper Award
Since 2005, Jc-IFToMM has been awarding young investigators to encourage the activity of young scientists in the field of mechanism and machine science. The awardees will be selected from the young researchers who present their research work at the symposium. The Award will be presented during the award ceremony held at the end of the symposium.
Eligibility for the award:
- The candidate must be the first author of a submitted paper.
- The candidate must make a presentation at the symposium.
- The candidate must be 35 years old or younger on the first day of the symposium.
To be considered for the award, individuals must register as candidates during the paper submission process. The papers of the eligible candidates will be reviewed by the award committee.

Registration has reopened on 18th June.Since restaurants/cafeterias around the venue are quite limited, lunch boxes will be provided at the venue. If you wish to buy lunch boxes, please buy lunch box tickets by 17th June (23:00 in JST). It is not included in Symposium Registrations.If you need seperate receipts for “symposium registration” and “lunch boxes”, please buy them separately.
